Returns Policy

We have an easy 7-day return policy. We accept returns if…

a) The Cookie Cutters sent to you is defective or damaged. You would have to inform us along with photographic/videography proof of the damaged/wrong/defective Cookie Cutters on Whatsapp. You must report the same to us within 7 days from the date of delivery here – WhatsApp 09703238777

The Cookie Cutters with its original packaging along with all accessories must be returned. We will refund your money in full or send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the returned package from you, if everything is in order. We will make arrangements for the return and replacement/refund ourselves within 7 days of receiving the return.

b) For any reason not mentioned in point (a), if you want a refund or exchange of the Cookie Cutters you received.

You can do so by contacting us on whatsapp with the required photographic/videographic proof, within 7 days of receiving the Cookie Cutters . In this case, we would deduct the shipping charges associated with the return,

An unboxing video is definitely required to process your return in both the above cases.

c) Returns are accepted only for unused Cookie Cutters in all the cases mentioned above.

d) Accepting or rejecting return requests is at the sole discretion of the WhatsApp returns officer.

Returns are not accepted for consumables and they are non-returnable/replaceable/refundable.

We promise that all our Cookie Cutters are shipped in brand new condition.

In certain cases, our shipping partners would not be able to pick up from certain locations. Customers in these locations would have to return the items themselves and we will reimburse the shipping cost incurred by you upon sending us a scanned copy of the AWB.

Please note that this return policy is applicable only for Cookie Cutters purchased from our online store ondealkart.shop . We make a note of all the serial numbers of the Cookie Cutters and their respective buyers. Therefore, if the serial numbers do not match our records of what we sent to you, no replacement will be provided. You will have to collect your returned Cookie Cutters from us at your own expense.
